What is provided in the cabins and bathhouse?

Sheets, bedding, pillows, and towels are provided in the cabins. Our outdoor bathhouse has soap, shampoo and conditioner. 



What do the kitchenettes in the cabins include?

Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchenette that includes a small fridge, microwave, burner plate, hot water kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking ware, knives and cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups and eating utensils.

How many people can Haven accommodate for group retreats and events?

Haven can accommodate smalls group of 8 people and larger groups up to 24 people depending on your group’s flexibility with sleeping arrangements. We have four Haven Cabins with full size bunk beds, accommodating 8 people in total (unless people share a full size bed to accommodate more). The Haven Bunkhouse can accommodate 12 people on single bunkbeds. For groups needing additional sleeping spaces, we also provide tenting options, floor mattresses in shared spaces, and two bedrooms in our main home. 


Is there wifi?

While many people come to Haven to “unplug,” we recognize that many people still need to stay connected. Wifi is available in all of the cabins and gathering spaces.

How physically accessible is Haven?

We are located in the Sierra foothills, and parts of our property have steep terrain that includes steps and loose rocks. Our cabins and gathering spaces are not wheelchair accessible, and our grounds are not ideal for anyone who with unsteady balance and unable to walk up steps and inclines.


Can I drive directly to my cabin? 

Our cabins are located a 2 minute walk down a small hillside of steps from the parking area. You are not able to drive directly to them. If you need assistance getting your belongings from your car to your cabin, we are happy to help you with that.


Are dogs allowed?

Dogs that are quiet and well trained may be permitted. Please contact us directly if you are interested in bringing a dog with you.


Do you offer discounts for extended stays?

We offer discounted rates for stays of four days or more. Please contact us directly for those rates.


Do you offer refunds? 

Full refunds are available if you cancel up to a week ahead of your arrival date. Partial refunds are available if you cancel up to twenty-four hours before your arrival time. Refunds are not available for cancellations within twenty-four hours of your arrival time.


Are the roads easy to drive?

The roads leading to Haven are fully paved and in good condition. The final eight minutes of driving to our location is rural and windy at times.


Can I arrive early or stay late?
